Step 5: Summary

The Summary step displays a complete overview of your SBOM project configuration before creation.

Configuration Review

Review all settings from previous steps:

Project Information

• Product name
• Project name
• Version
• SBOM license

Source Configuration

• Source type (Filesystem, Git, Archive, SVN)
• Source location or repository URL
• File filters (if configured)

Package Scanners

• Enabled package managers
• Expected manifest files

Scanning Options

• Selected scanning mode
• OSS Knowledge Base usage
• Expected processing scope

Final Actions

Modify Settings

• Click Back to return to any previous step
• Make changes as needed
• Return to Summary to review

Create SBOM Project

• Click Finish to begin project creation
• SBOM Manager will:
  1. Import files from the configured source
  2. Apply file filters
  3. Scan for package manifests
  4. Execute enabled package scanners
  5. Perform file scanning (if enabled)
  6. Match against OSS Knowledge Base (if enabled)
  7. Generate initial SBOM

Processing Status

• A progress indicator appears during creation
• Navigate away if needed - processing continues in background
• Access the completed SBOM from the Projects view
